数字阅读泛化对大学生学习能力影响分析

随着时代的进步，科技日新月异地发展以及网络的普及化，我们迎来了全新的数字化时代，人们的工作学习生活已经网络化了。阅读作为人们获取知识最基本的手段，强烈地受到了网络新媒体的冲击。在高校中，数字阅读已经成为大学生获取信息、进行交流的主要方式，并呈现出泛化的倾向，这也冲击着大学生的学习能力。文章在观察大学生数字化阅读现状的基础上，分析其利与弊，积极探讨如何更好地利用微信、微博、QQ等信息传播手段，规避弊端，提升学习效果，增强理性阅读能力，丰富自身知识结构。     

Discourses of cultural heritage in times of crisis: The case of the Parthenon Marbles

The paper focuses on the commodification and politicisation of cultural heritage using as a case study the ongoing debate on the return of the Parthenon Marbles from the U.K. to Greece, recently reignited by the press release for the movie The Monuments Men in 2014. Greece has been in the throes of a severe financial crisis for over six years with the ever imminent threat of Grexit constantly disputed. In parallel with this ongoing turmoil, discourses of Greek antiquity have been persistently prominent in the media. In this context, we problematise the complex nexus of relationships between the financial crisis, national identity and cultural heritage. We combine the Discourse‐Historical Approach and Interactional Sociolinguistics drawing data from an online forum, and investigate how the users negotiate pro‐/anti‐return positions and make the financial crisis relevant in the argumentation process. The analysis shows that history, identity, value, and debt are recontextualised in relation to the Parthenon sculptures. The analysis identifies an underlying process of value trade off and brings the current political and economic environment to the fore. We close the paper by foregrounding the implications of our study and provide directions for further research.     

Disequilibrium multi-dividing ontology learning algorithm

As an effective tool for data storage, processing, and computing, ontology has been used in many fields of computer science and information technology. By means of its powerful performance on semantic query and knowledge extraction, domain ontology has been built on various disciplines such as biology, pharmaceutics, geography, chemistry, etc. and been smoothly employed for their engineering applications. In these ontology applications, we aim to get an optimal ontology function which maps each ontology to a real number and then determine the similarity between concepts by the distance of their corresponding real numbers. In former ontology learning approaches, all the instances in the training sample have equal status in the learning process. In this article, we present the disequilibrium multi-dividing ontology algorithm in which the important ontology data will be highlighted during the learning, and the relevant ontology data tend to be eliminated. Four experiments are designed to test the serviceability of our disequilibrium multi-dividing algorithm from angles of ontology similarity measuring and ontology mapping construction.

中外合作办学能够较好地满足我国社会对高等教育多样化的需求，提高高等院校人才培养的质量，但因中外合作办学的独特性，其招收的学生也是特点鲜明，文章在全面剖析中外合作办学学生特点和学习现状的基础上，提出了配套教学管理策略。     

Child learning and family mealtime environment,parenting style and family functioning among preschoolers in Hong Kong

A two-wave longitudinal study on 470 parent–child dyads examined the impact of family mealtime environment, parenting style and family functioning on preschoolers’ (three to six years old) learning. Measures included parent report on parenting style, family functioning, family meal frequency, mealtime television, feeding practice, teacher/parent report of academic competence and individual assessment of preschoolers’ preschool concepts. Family mealtime environment variables were associated with pre-schoolers’ learning, in addition to parenting style and family functioning, after controlling for family income and wave 1 preschoolers’ learning. The results highlighted the importance of family mealtime environment on preschoolers’ learning.     

超级网络平台限制交易行为的反垄断规制

从“3Q大战”“3百大战”到天猫京东“二选一”事件，超级网络平台实施限制交易行为的现象越演越烈，也成为当前互联网领域的反垄断难题。我国反垄断法律法规在对网络空间的相关市场及市场支配地位的认定上存在适用困境，超级网络平台滥用市场支配地位的行为无法被认定且无法有效规制的现象长期存在。为规范超级网络平台的经营行为，应当调整《反垄断法》关于相关市场与市场支配地位的认定规则，将反垄断案件纳入公益诉讼范围，采取国家诉讼和私人诉讼并行的双重诉讼机制，减轻原告举证责任负担，同时将《反垄断法》与《电子商务法》衔接适用。     

《电子商务法》视角下网约车平台的信息披露义务

近年来网约车平台的信息管控问题受到较多关注。网约车属于服务提供型电子商务平台，具有更强的人身安全保障需求，以区别于以实物商品为交易标的的商品提供型电子商务平台。网约车平台对于服务提供过程中的驾乘信息有强大的管控能力，同时也需承担承运人责任。《电子商务法》为电子商务平台直接或间接设定了信息披露义务，在《电子商务法》未明确规定或仅做原则性规定的情形下，网约车平台亦应当根据实际情况将相应信息做单独处理以满足乘客、利益相关人和国家机关合法的信息披露要求。在一般情况下，网约车平台需向一般公众提供平台信息与平台内经营者信息，特别是法律要求的基本信息，而在特殊情况下，网约车平台不仅需要提供相应个人信息与运营信息，还需满足披露质量上的即时性和全面性要求。     

混合式教学情境下生成性资源的进化与促进策略

随着教育信息化的发展，网络教学与传统课堂教学优势互补的混合式教学模式被广泛应用，混合式教学将成为未来教学的主要方式。由于混合式教学情境既不同于传统课堂教学，又与在线教学有所区别，因此生成性资源在混合式教学情境中的进化方式也呈现出新的特点。通过分析、对比传统课堂教学情境与在线教学情境生成性资源的特点，归纳总结出混合式教学情境下生成性资源的特征，并根据混合式教学活动的实施过程，构建出生成性资源的进化模型，进而提出生成性资源进化的促进策略。     

Flood Risk Perceptions and Insurance Choice: Do Decisions in the Floodplain Reflect Overoptimism?

In the presence of rare disasters, risk perceptions may not always align with actual risks. These perceptions can nevertheless influence an individual's willingness to mitigate risks through activities such as purchasing flood insurance. In a survey of Maryland floodplain residents, we find that stated risk perceptions predict voluntary flood insurance take‐up, while perceptions themselves varied widely among surveyed residents, owing in large part to differences in past flood experience. We use a formal test for overoptimism in risk perceptions and find that, on aggregate, floodplain residents are overly optimistic about flood risks.
